John McKillop is the founder and president of S&S Labor Force Inc. dba JRM. John has a history in the law enforcement field as well as the private security sector that spans 40 years.

John spent 20 years in law enforcement in the greater Los Angeles area while moonlighting in entertainment security. John’s law enforcement career included being a detective and supervising units such as vice/narcotics, gangs, robbery, homicide, and major crimes.

John ended his law enforcement career overseeing a multi-year-long serial murder investigation that landed him the honor of being selected one of the 10 ten law enforcement officers in 2002. John was selected by members of the International Chiefs of Police Association and was honored amongst his peers from all around the globe.

John’s career continued in the private security industry with a special emphasis on the entertainment industry. John built the company to what has been described as “the largest live broadcast security company in the U.S.”. While focused on providing good-paying jobs with benefits for employees, John expanded services to better serve the company’s clients.

Michael brings over 30 years of law enforcement and security experience to the table. He oversees all events nationwide for JRM.

Michael’s duties include security consulting and conducting a security assessment of an event and site. With that, he creates staffing deployments with efficiency keeping the client’s best interest in mind all while maintaining a safe and secure environment for that event.

Michael also develops emergency action and evacuation plans for these events while working closely and collaborating with local and federal law enforcement agencies.
